Shipping policy
Standard Shipping
F!NK offers free domestic shipping on all orders over $600, Australia wide.
A standard shipping rate of $35 applies to all other orders within Australia.
All deliveries are dispatched between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
All standard orders are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days after fulfilment.
A Total estimated fulfilment time of 1-2 weeks should be expected; every F!NK product is handcrafted, we appreciate your understanding that each piece takes time to make. This craftsmanship is reflected in our fulfilment times, ensuring every product meets our quality standards.
International Shipping
F!NK offers international shipping.
For international deliveries, a standard rate of $75 AUD applies on all orders shipped outside of Australia.
If your shipping destination is not listed in the freight list at checkout, please email mail@finkdesign.com with your order and we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
Dispatch Infomation
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of customs delays for our international customers.
All deliveries will be despatched Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm AEST.
Duties & Taxes
Please note, you may incur tarif's, import duties and local taxes on your order. F!NK does not provide Delivery Duty Paid and all relevant import taxes and duties are not included in the product price. These duties and taxes are payable by the customer and will not be reimbursed or refunded by F!NK Design & Co.

As the festive season approaches, please note that there may be delays in order processing and delivery during the Christmas and New Year period.
